As Jim Sees it

The beginning of April marked the 8th annual Recovery Capital Conference in Calgary. The province seems to be leading North America in addiction recovery. They had people from the US State Department, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Ottawa. There were many indigenous communities represented. Chief Willie Littlechild spoke, and you could hear a pin drop. I was profoundly affected by his speech. Premier Danielle Smith and Minister of Addiction Dan Williams also spoke. It was one of the best conferences I have ever attended. Kudos to the Alberta government.

Thank you for your continued support.

What’s Happening at iRecover?

success stories

We continue to be inspired by our participants on their transformative path toward healing and recovery. We recently reviewed participant feedback surveys and were pleased to see high satisfaction levels, particularly regarding programming and staff. We want to highlight a few valuable components of our everyday program.

Group Sessions: Participants engage in meaningful discussions and connect with their peers in our group sessions. Led by experienced counselors, these sessions offer a safe space for sharing,  learning, and supporting one another.

Counseling: Participants receive individualized support from our dedicated team of counselors. Participants explore unique challenges, set personal goals, and work towards overcoming obstacles with one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to their needs.

Although these are just two components of our comprehensive program, they are important.
